1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp.. yeast
1 tbsp.. sugar
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp.. salt
4-5 cups all purpose flour
3 eggs beaten
2 tbsp.. butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan scald milk. Add butter and 1/4 cup sugar. to milk. Cool then combine yeast 1 tbsp. sugar and lukewarm water. Let stand to 5 min. Add salt to flour. set aside. In a mixer , combine milk and yeast mixture add 1 cup flour at a time.. Add eggs and beat well. Continue adding flour gradually.. Add enough until it leaves the side of the bowl. Cover and let rise. Punch down and put in refrigerators overnight ( can be left in the fridge up to 3 days.) When ready to use, remove from refrigerators and shape while cold. Brush with melted butter and let rise. Bake at 350º for 10 - 15 minutes.
