1" ground nuts
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Dough -
3 sticks oleo
4 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
4 c flour
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 c milk
1/4 c warm water

2 jars apricot filling

Icing -
1/2 c Crisco
1/2 c oleo
1 c sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 hot milk

Mix together first 3 ingredients & set aside.
DOUGH - combine yeast & water - set aside. Sift flour into bowl, add oleo & blend until mealy. Add egg yolks, milk, & yeast mixture. Stir batter until it pulls from sides of bowl. Knead on floured board a few minutes. Divide into 3 balls.
Roll 1st ball & put in pan up to sides. (Pan size 10" x 15") Spread nut mixture over dough.
Roll 2nd ball and put over nuts. Spread apricots over 2nd layer of dough. Roll remaining dough & place over apricots.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
ICING - Beat egg white (set aside). Put Crisco & oleo & sugar in bowl & mix well. Add egg white & beat again. Add hot milk & vanilla gradually. Beat for 15 minutes. Frost cooled cake.
