1 lb. pinto beans
1 tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
4 jalapeņos, sliced & seeded
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
1/2 to 3/4 Tbsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pinto beans in water, with 2 inches over the top of beans, over night.
Put chopped tomato, green pepper, red pepper, jalapeņos and garlic in skillet for 10 minutes until soft.
Then pour into beans and cook in soaking water.
Add salt, pepper and molasses and bring to a boil.
Simmer 4 hours and stir often.
