3 C. white sugar
1 C. white corn syrup
1 C. water to 9 qts popcorn
1 C. margarine
2 1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp vanilla
9 qts popcorn (popped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sugar, corn syrup and water mixture until syrup forms a brittle ball. Remove from heat and add the margarine, salt and vanilla. Pour this over the popped popcorn all at once and mix well with a large wooden spoon. Form into popcorn balls and wrap in plastic wrap to ensure freshness. When making the popcorn ball, don't squeeze the balls together tightly. Also, while popping the corn, keep it covered with a dishtowel to help keep it warm until you get enough.
