1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 C. vegetable oil
1 pkg. lemon jello (mixed with 1 C. boiling water)
2 lemons
1 1/2 - 2 C. confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Put cake mix, eggs and oil in bowl; mix well. Add jello mixture. Bake in loaf pan 45 minutes at 350º. Remove from pan.
Squeeze 2 lemons. Add confectioners sugar. Mix these ingredients together and pour over hot cake.
