Ingredients:  
3 cans Margret Holmes squash (drained)
1/2 cup milk (I prefer Pet Milk)
3/4 cup cracker crumbs (made from crushed croutons any flavor)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups grated or shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
* Pour squash in large mixing bowl
* Slightly beat eggs and add to squash
* Melt butter/margarine and add to squash
* Add 1 cup of cheese to squash
* Add all other ingredients and mix well
* Pour into 13 x 9 greased dish
* Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese
* Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until brown on top
