3 lbs cubed pork
1 tsp oil
1 large onion
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
salt & pepper
1 c water
1 can of pineapple tidbits
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 green pepper
mushrooms
bean sprouts
snow pea pods
celery
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the onions, garlic and pork.
Make syrup: Combine - water, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, ketchup, soya sauce and juice of the pineapple.
Add to the meat mixture to thicken. Add your vegetables (except bean sprouts). Cover and let simmer. Add bean sprouts. Serve over hot rice.
