1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º for One hour
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Boil until it's reduced to 1/4 cup. Place chicken on a jelly roll pan. Cook 15 minutes. Bast with sauce every 10 minutes. Increase the oven temp. to 450º for the last 15 minutes.
