6 - 8 deer cube steaks
1 bottle of your favorite spicy mustard
flour
1 - 2 eggs beaten
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat. While oil is heating, spread an even coat of the mustard on both sides of the steaks. Roll steaks in the flour then the egg and then the flour again. Place in the hot oil. Cook until done flipping as necessary. Do not over cook. Chow down!!
