1/2 cup canola oil
2 Tbls. lemon juice, divided
1 teas. sugar
1/4 salt
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, 1 Tbls. lemon juice, sugar, & salt. Whisk until we blended.
Add the cranberries to the above mixture, and let stand 10 minutes.
2 large red apples, but in 1/2 inch pieces, toss with 1 Tbls. lemon juice.
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerts
1/2 cup walnuts.
Toss together apples, broccoli, and walnuts with the cranberry mixture. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. toss again before serving.
I added a few "bacon bits" for added flavor.
