1 whole chicken (boiled, deboned and skinned)
1 can cream of Chicken Soup
1 can cream of Mushroom
1/2 cup of Mayonaise
2 cans of sliced water chestnuts drained
1 onion diced
1 stalk of celery sliced thin
2 cups of rice (uncooked - you have to cook before adding to mixture)
1 small box of corn flakes or Special K
1 to 2 sticks of butter.

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl except the corn flakes. Crush Corn Flakes - then mix melted butter with them. I usually use a zip lock bag for this. Grease bottom of 13 X 9 casserole pan. This receipe usually will make 1 13 X 9 and 1 8X 8 It also freezes well Place mixture into casserole dish and top with buttered corn flakes. cover with Tin foil. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 to 15 minutes don't let corn flakes get too brown. It is a great receipe for a large crowd and also freezes well.
