1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 can coconut pecan frosting
1/2 cup broken pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and water. Beat well. Stir in frosting and pecans. Pour into tube pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan then remove. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and milk to pour over warm cake (optional).
