1/2 Cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1/2 cup Pecans or Black Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream Sugar, salt and Butter
2. Add Vanilla
3. Gradually stir in Flour
4. work Nut into the dough
5. Chill Well
6. Form 1" balls
7. place on ungreased sheet
8. Bake at 400' for 10 -12 minutes until set but not brown
9. roll in Confectionery Sugar
10. Cool and roll in confectionery sugar again
11. Store in air tight container
