5 tbsp butter or margarine
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp jalapeno juice
1/2 of 1 jalapeno pepper minced fine
1-7/8 cup milk
8 oz Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter/margarine; stir in flour. Add paprika, mustard, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, ketchup, jalapeno juice and jalapeno. Mix well. Stir in milk. Place over medium heat. Add Velveeta and stir constantly until cheese melts and mixture is well-blended.
