2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 eggs
2 cups grated unpared zucchini
1 cup raisin
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 small package vanilla pudding
1 cup nuts

1. Mix all ingredients but only put half the nuts in the batter the other half of the
nuts go on top of the cake
2. Mix with spoon till moist
3. bake at 350 for 50 minutes
