2 Large bottles of BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp. chopped jalapeņos
1 large onion chopped
6 cans of Tuna Fish (in water)
2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
In medium pot over medium heat add olive oil, onions and jalapeņos
cook until a golden brown.
Add drained tuna to pot and one bottle of BBQ Sauce and stir until well blended. turn heat down to simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
Stir and add remaining BBQ Sauce
serve on hamburger buns (like sloppy Joes) or over rice. can also make in crock pot.
