2 jars junior carrots
1 sm can crushed pineapple, 4 1/2 ounces
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 1/2 ounces shredded coconut (1 Cup(
1 cup chopped walnuts

1. Mix all ingredients with wooden spoon ---no mixer---- don't mix hard
2. Use long pan
3. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350
4. Frosting is blend 1 cup milk with 5 tablespoons flour. Cook until
thick--cool. Blend 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup Crisco, 1 tsp
vanilla. Blend until creamy. Beat until fluffy.
