5 Drops Red food coloring
1 8 oz cream cheese, Softened
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
2 tablespoons Orange peel, Grated
1 Package Yellow Cake mix
confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven 350"
2. Add Food Coloring to cream cheese and Beat until light and fluffy
3. Add Eggs and beat until light and fluffy

In a separate bowl
4. Add milk and orange peel to cake mix
5. Mix Well
6. Fold in Cheese mixture
7. Blend until marbleized
8. Spoon into Greased 9" Tube pan
9. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched
