1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
6 ounces chocolate chip

Cakes
1 1/2 Cups flour
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Directions:

Filling
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl

Cakes:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Fill cupcake papers with cake mixture
3. Place a spoonful of filling in each liner
4. Bake at 350 Degrees
