Pie Filling:
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1 1/2 c water
1 3 oz.box strawberry jello
1 qt. strawberries

Crust: 1 1/4 c chocolate graham cracker crumbs,
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup choc. chips
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make the crust by melting the chocolate chips in a pan with the butter. Cool slightly and add to a bowl with 3 Tbsp sugar and the graham cracker crumbs. Mix and while warm press into a pie tin 8-9".

To make the pie filling: Cook the sugar, cornstarch and water until thick and clear (about 5 min.). Remove from head and stir in the dry jello mix. Let cool slightly.
Clean and cut the strawberries into the cooled pie crust. When the glaze is slightly cooled poor over the strawberries. Refrigerate and the pie should firm up in a couple hours so it can be served.

Don't make the mistake of mashing any of the berries or adding sugar to the berries before putting them into the pie crust. This will cause the pie to be runny.
