3/4 c cake flour 1/3 c cocoa powder unsweetened
1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 large. eggs 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c milk (room temp) 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
8 ounces cream soft cheese, 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1/3 c cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 ounces choc chips melted and cooled.

Bake at 375º in a 15 x 10 pan (jelly roll pan)- spray and line with parchment paper. Then spray the paper and sprinkle with flour.

Combine: Flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt and mix well.
In separate bowl with Electric Mixer :MIx eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat well 4-5 min. Mix flour mixture alternately with milk. Pour into prepared pan.and bake 8-10 min.
Place a towel on the counter, cover towel with parchment paper and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Invert warm cake onto sprinkled paper. Roll it into a log (so it is long) and let cool in this position.
Mix the frosting. When cake is cool unroll it and spread the frosting inside. Then re-roll the cake. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top if desired and refrigerate until its time to eat.

I usually make 2 at a time. (You will need two jelly pans or another large cookie sheet) You can always freeze one if you don't need them both right away.
