3 Tbls. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
4 Skinless, Boneless chicken Breast Halves
1/3 c. White Wine or Broth
3 Tbls. Lemon Juice
2 Tbls. Capers, Rinsed, Drained
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
3 Tbls. Butter
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
2 Tbls. Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl stir together flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Set aside. Place chicken between plastic wrap and pound to 1/4" thick. Remove plastic and pound again all chicken breasts. Lightly coat with flour mixture. Shake of excess.

Sauce:
In a small bowl stir wine, lemon juice, capers, 1/8 tsp salt and pepper each. In 12" skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium high heat. Add coated chicken. Cook 5-6 minutes to brown evenly. Remove browned breast. Reserve drippings. Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet. Cook 1 minute. Stir sauce in bowl and carefully add mixture. Cook and stir 30-60 seconds, until bubbly. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately.
