1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to milk to sour
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
2 cups grated zucchini
1 6 ounce chocolate chips

1. Cream together margarine, oil and sugar
2. add eggs, vanilla and milk
3. mix well and add flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and spices
and add to egg mixture
4. stir in zucchini by hand no electric mixer
5. pour batter in to 9x13 pan sprinkle chocolate chips on top
6. bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour

nuts or raisins may be added
to sour milk add 1 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice to 1/2 cup milk and let stand a few minutes or add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
