1 1/4 Cups Butter
1/2 Cup cocoa
1 Cup Water
2 Cups flour
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup confectioner's sugar
1 Cup Nuts, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350'.
2. In small saucepan melt 1 cup butter,
3. stir in ¼ cup cocoa
4. then water
5. Bring to a boil; remove from heat
6. In large mixing bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
7. Add cocoa mixture and beat well
8. Stir in 1/3 cup condensed milk, eggs and vanilla
9. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
10. Bake 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched
11. In small saucepan melt remaining butter
12. stir in remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and condensed milk.
13. Stir in confectionery sugar and nuts
14. Spread on warm cake.
