1 1/2 Cups Oil
2 1/4 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
4 Cups Carrots, Grated

Frosting
8 ounces cream cheese, Softened
1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup confectioner's sugar

Cake
1. Cream together sugar, eggs, and oil
2. Add remaining of ingredients and mix well
3. Pour into greased pan and bake at 300' for 1 hour

Frosting
Cream together. Frost cake
