Ingredients:  
1 Cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups oatmeal

Mix together to make a crumb mixture


Filling:
1 lg. pkg. choc. Chips
1 can condensed milk
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla






Directions:
Directions:
Heat filling in double boiler, stir in nuts & vanilla.
Spread 2/3 crumb mixture in bottom of pan,
spread chocolate filling next then dot remaining mix over filling.

Bake 350° - 20—25minutes.
Makes large pan 13 x 8”
