1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
3 egg whites

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
1 cup coconut and nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix together with other ingredients.
Bake 350° - 35 minutes in a 9 x 12 pan.
Cool cake.

Frosting:
Cook sugar, milk, eggs and butter until thick.
add 1 cup coconut and nuts if you like.
Cool and spread on cake.
