2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch Salt
1/2 cup hot milk
1 tbsp.. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Fold in other ingredients.
Melt butter with milk and add. (Don’t boil the milk)

Bake in a small square pan 350° for 40 minutes.
