2 cups flour
2 cups sugar (can be 1 white and 1 brown)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup of strong brewed coffee
2 eggs
1tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour & sugar, salt.
Melt together butter, shortening cocoa & coffee let cool and then add to flour mix.
Add buttermilk, eggs., soda & vanilla.

Makes 9” x 13” pan.
Bake 350° - 30 minutes.
If larger pan less cooking time.
