2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or raisins
Directions:

Hand mix until moist.
Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
