Preheat oven to 350°F

First layer
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, softened but not melted
Mix and mash into 9x12 pyrex dish. You may use was paper to press mixture into pan
Bake @ 350°F for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Second layer
8 oz Philly cream cheese, softened (not whipped)
1 cup powdered sugar
½ large container Cool Whip
Mix and spread over cooled crust

Third Layer
1 small box INSTANT vanilla pudding (3.9 o)
1 small box INSTANT chocolate pudding
3 cups milk (this is one cup less than combined package directions)
Mix and spread over cream cheese layer

Fourth Layer
Spread remaining Cool Whip and garnish with grated chocolate bar

Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight
Cut into squares and serve to all the piggies you love! Yummy!
