3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups bisquick mix
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberry jam

icing:
1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk.
Directions:
Directions:
Cut 3oz. cream cheese + 1/4 cup butter into 2 cups bisquick mix. Mix until crumbly (think pie dough). Blend in 1/3 cup milk. Roll out in a rectangle. Spread 1/2 cup raspberry jam (you can use other but raspberry really is best) and fold over ends, then sides like closing an envelope. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Drizzle with icing while still a little warm. Really delicious and easy.
