1 Lemon
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbl Corn Starch
4 Lamb Chops
2 tsp. Oil
1 c. Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp. Dried Dill

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from the lemon. Whisk in the egg yolk and then the cornstarch. Saute the lamb chops in the oil until they are browned on both sides. Transfer to a warm platter. Pour off fat in the pan, add the chicken stock and dill and slowly bring to a boil, scraping up all brown bits. Slowly whisk the hot stock mixture back into the pan and cook over low heat stirring constantly until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Serve with lamb chops.
