1/4 c. Butter
1/2 Pint Half & Half
1/2 c. Shredded Gruyere Cheese (2 oz)
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
8 oz. Fettuccine Noodles
2 Tbls. Olive Oil
1/2 c. Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella (2 oz)
1 Tbls. Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and half & half in a 2 quart saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in Gruyere cheese, Parmesan, salt and pepper and garlic. Cook stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Cook fettuccine noodles as directed, except add oil to water. Drain. Add hot noodles to sauce. Add gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese. Toss with two forks. Sprinkle with parsley.
