1 stick unsalted butter
4 Tbsp. Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup non crunchy peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking Quaker oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add cocoa, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Take off heat and add salt and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter and then oatmeal. Stir until mixed well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Store in cookie tin.
