1/2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 T. butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 T. salt
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. dry mustard
8 hamburger buns, toasted
dill pickles
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pork, ground chuck, chopped onions and cracker crumbs. Place butter in skillet; heat over medium-high heat. Add meat mixture and cook until meat is browned, stirring frequently. Transfer meat mixture to top of double boiler and cook, over simmering water 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, hot pepper sauce, garlic and mustard. Cover and continue to cook over simmering water 45 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. Top with sliced dill pickles and sliced onions.
