1 8 oz cream cheese
1 small (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
1/2 C Sugar
1 envelope unflavored knox gelatin
1 8 oz cool whip (thawed)
1/2 C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water & gelatin in a small dish and set aside
Soften cream cheese (by sitting out or in microwave)
Mix sugar & cream cheese thoroughly
Drain pineapple juice into small sauce pan & heat
Stir pineapple into cream cheese mixture
Stir in coolwhip
Pour juice in to gelatin and stir
Mix it into the rest of ingredients
Stir well but not brisk
Pour into bowl or mold and decorate as you wish
