1 pint of heavy cream
4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract

Directions:

Beat all ingredients with electric mixer on high speed. Beat until stiff.
Enough for 1 cake. (tube pan or 9X13' pan.

Refrigerate cake after frosting.
