ON DAY 10 ADD:
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup chopped nut (any choice), optional
2-2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix some sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle in bottoms of two large greased loaf pans. You can sprinkle extra cinnamon/sugar on top of bread.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE! DO NOT USE METAL BOWL OR SPOON FOR MIXING!
If air gets in the bag, let it out. It is normal for batter to raise, bubble and ferment.

DAY 1 This is the day you receive the bag. Do nothing.
DAY 2 Mush bag
DAY 3 Mush bag
DAY 4 Mush bag
DAY 5 Mush bag
DAY 6 Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup milk. Mix.
DAY 7 Mush bag
DAY 8 Mush bag
DAY 9 Mush bag
DAY 10 Pour contents in a bowl (remember, no metal). Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup milk. Stir well and pour (1) one-cup starters into 3 large gallon size ziploc bags. Keep one start for yourself and give the other 2 starts to friends along with a copy of these instruction.
