One Dozen Large Eggs
2 tbsp. Horseradish (jarred)
1/3 cup Yellow Mustard
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all of the eggs for 12 minutes *make sure you add salt to the water for easy shell peeling*
Peel and halve all of the eggs. Gently scoop out the yolks into a bowl and set aside.
Arrange halved eggs onto a platter and set aside.
Add to the bowl of yolks: 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup yellow mustard and 2 tbsp. horseradish, mix until smooth.
Using a teaspoon, fill the centers of the halved eggs on the platter. (you may have more yolk mixture left over once all the eggs have been filled.
Sprinkle paprika on the yolk filling and serve! Enjoy!
