2 Pineapples (peeled and cored)
2-3 Jalapenos
1 Medium Red Onion
1 & 1/2 c. Fresh Cilantro
Sea Salt (to taste, Approx 1 tbsp)
Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste, Approx 1 tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop pineapples into 1 inch cubes and place in a large bowl.
Finely chop Jalapenos (I strongly suggest you wear rubber gloves, the heat stays on you for a LONG time), medium red onion and the cilantro and add all to the pineapple in the bowl.
Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground pepper over the ingredients and stir. Viola!

Serve with tortilla chips for a dip, or over grilled fish or chicken. Enjoy!
