12 oz can green chiles (diced)
2 cups Mexican blend cheese (shredded)
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Saute onion in a small amount of butter, just until tender.
In medium bowl, combine chiles, onion and spices.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine eggs and milk and whip lightly.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and all the Bisquick. Whip again until only little lumps remain.
Add chile mixture and mix only until combined.
Pour into greased 2 qt caserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
