1 loaf Italian bread
4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup blueberries
6 eggs
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 cup light cream
1 tbsp. pure vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon

This is best made the night before.

Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with butter. Remove crusts and cut loaf in half lengthwise. In a mixing bowl, blend ½ cup blueberries and cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides of the bread and put halves together to form a sandwich. Cut loaf into 1" cubes.

In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Put bread cubes in prepared baking dish and pour egg mixture over the cubes. Gently press the bread down. Sprinkle with remaining berries. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning preheat oven to 350º. While oven is heating, remove your dish from the fridge and remove the plastic. Bake for 50-60 minutes until puffy and golden. Serve with maple syrup.
