challah dough made from 5 lb. of flour
Beaten egg for topping

Everything Topping-
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 c. minced garlic
1/4 c. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Divide dough into 5 parts. Roll each piece into a 16" circle and cut into 8 even triangles. Flip each triangle over and roll from the outer edge inwards. Turn ends towards you to form a crescent. Let rise for 30 min. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Everything Topping. Bake at 350 for 30 min. until dark gold.
