3/4 C SUGAR
1 ENVELOPE GELATIN
1 1/2 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1/2 TSP. SALT
4 EGGS, YOLKS SLIGHTLY BEATEN1 CAN PUMPKIN
3/4 C MILK

FILLING PART 2
4 EGG WHITES
1/2 C SUGAR

MIX BUTTER, SUGAR & NUTS. LINE BAKED PIE SHELL WITH PART I INGRED. BAKE @ 450º FOR 10 MINUTES. COOL. COOK IN DOUBLE BOILER

FILLING PART 1:
COOK IN DOUBLE BOILER 15 MIN. CHILL. JUST TILL MIXTURE STARTS TO SET.

FILLING PART 2:
BEAT EGGS WHITES UNTIL STIFF- SLOWLY ADDING SUGAR. NOTE: EGG WHITES SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMP. FOR BEST RESULTS WHEN BEATING.

BEAT FILLING PART 1 MIXTURE UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY. FOLD FILLING PAT 2 INTO FILLING PART 1 MIXTURE. FILL PIE CRUST.

TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM & CHOPPED NUTS. YOU HAVE A THANKSGIVING OR CHRISTMAS TREAT.
