DASH OF PEPPER
2 C MILK
1/4 AMERICAN CHEESE
1/4 C SLICED GREEN ONION
1/4 C CHOPPED PIMENTO
1 1/2 CUBED COOKED HAM
4 HARD COOKED EGGS
TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFINS

1/2 C MAYONNAISE
1/4 C FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
DASH OF PEPPER
GRADUALLY ADD 2 C MILK. COOK AND STIR UNTIL THICKENED
ADD:
/4 AMERICAN CHEESE
1/4 C SLICED GREEN ONION
1/4 C CHOPPED PIMENTO
HEAT TILL CHEESE MELTS.
THEN ADD:
1 1/2 CUBED COOKED HAM
4 HARD COOKED EGGS, SLICED
SERVE WITH TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFINS
