Graham Cracker pie crust shell
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
15 oz can Eagle Brand
3 egg yokes

Meringue
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. Cream Tarter
4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, lemon rind, Eagle Brand and egg yokes and blend well and pour into pie crust.

Meringue - beat egg whites until it will hold a stiff peak, then add in the Cream Tarter and sugar, mix and pour on top of pie filling.

Bake at 325 º 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Refrigerate serve cold.
