One large fresh salmon
one large onion
two fresh lemons
one cup melted butter

Directions:

Clean salmon put on tin foil - Slice middle - fill with alternate slices of fresh lemon and onion. Pour melted butter over lemon and onions. Wrap tightly and bake on barbecue grill or in oven.

Jack use to furnish lots of fresh salmon for our family meals. He would also bake it outside on the barbecue and it was always fresh and delicious. There was always plenty for everyone when Jack cooked.
