16 oz. refried beans
1-1/2 C. sour cream
1 C. salsa
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
3 oz. cream cheese
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 C. shredded Colby-Monterey jack cheese


Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine everything, except the cheese. Stir well to combine. Place mixture in a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 325º for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake,uncovered, 5-10 minutes longer, or until bubbly.

Serve warm with chips or fresh vegetables.
