Romaine Lettuce 1 bag
Iceberg Lettuce 1 bag
Red Cabbage 1/4 head chopped
Slivered carrots 1/2 cup
Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
chopped red onion 1/4 cup
chopped tomatoes 1 cup
chopped jalapeņo 1 Tbsp.
corn 1/2 cup
1 can drained black beans
Feta cheese 1/4 cup
1 orange peeled and chopped
1-2 cups chopped chicken

Dressing: 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 clove garlic minced, 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro. Blend together, then hand stir in 1 Tbsp poppy seeds, salt and pepper to taste

Mix together Romaine lettuce, Iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, slivered carrots, and cilantro.
Arrange in (cobb-salad style) in strips over salad; onions, corn, black beans, tomatoes, feta cheese, oranges, jalapeno, chicken

*serve with orange vinaigrette dressing
